We are looking for Support Workers with the passion to both deliver outstanding care, and empowering Deaf or hearing impaired clients. To build their confidence and establish independence.
Key responsibilities
- Implement an adaptable support plan for each client according to their needs
- Use sign language to help with day-to-day activities as well as personal care tasks
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in condition to relevant professionals.
