In this role, you will provide expert guidance, manage documentation, and deliver exceptional customer service to clients seeking immigration assistance. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations and positive client experiences, making a meaningful difference in their journeys toward new opportunities abroad.
Duties
- Assist clients with immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Provide clear explanations of immigration procedures, requirements, and timelines in a professional manner
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, case statuses, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Communicate effectively with clients in English and Turkish to address questions, provide updates, and clarify procedures
- Coordinate with government agencies and external partners to facilitate application processing and follow-up actions
- Organize and manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards
- Support administrative tasks related to client onboarding, appointment scheduling, and document management to ensure efficient workflow
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to empathize and communicate clearly with diverse clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Turkish to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous office or administrative experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to document management and case tracking
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
