About the role

What you'll be doing
As a Retail Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and delivering a friendly, professional experience
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products and services
- Promoting current offers, promotions and brand campaigns
- Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
- Building lasting customer relationships through confident communication
- Working towards achievable individual and team sales targets
- Supporting retail campaigns and promotional activities
- Continuously developing your retail, sales and customer service skills through ongoing training

- Have previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or another customer-facing role (beneficial but not essential)

- Stay organised and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
