Customer Experience Coordinator
Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing a professional and efficient service.

Process sales orders and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner.

Monitor and manage shared inboxes and undertake administrative tasks to support the wider Customer Experience team.

Produce and issue order acknowledgements and provide customers with delivery updates.

Liaise with internal departments including Logistics, Purchasing, Production and Accounts to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Ensure orders are processed efficiently and handed over to Procurement and Production teams in line with delivery requirements.

Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems.

Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries while meeting service level expectations.

Support the delivery of an excellent customer experience throughout the order lifecycle.
Knowledge and Skills
-
Previous experience in a customer service, customer support, sales administration or order processing role.
-
Experience supporting customers purchasing technical or engineered products would be advantageous.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM, ERP or business systems.
-
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and customer information.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer service best practice.

Interest in technical products and solutions.

Ability to build positive working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
