Job Summary
Reporting to the Responsive Repairs Manager, you will work within a team of Schedulers within the Responsive Repairs department. Ideally you will have a background in Property Maintenance within the Social Housing sector and will be experienced in Planning / Scheduling, with the ability to assign jobs based on the relevant skills of operatives and proximity to the task, whilst maintaining cost effectiveness.
Duties
- Liaise with the Client and their customers to deal with day-to-day queries
- Adhere to company procedures
- Liaise well with Operatives and other departments
- Update spreadsheets and IT systems accordingly
- Schedule Operatives efficiently and effectively
- Revise schedules when Operatives take planned and unplanned leave
- Reschedule jobs when required
- Any other ad hoc procedures deemed necessary
Skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a good understanding of job time frames required by different trades to carry out works
- Good IT Knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Have strong attention to detail
- Adaptability and resilience to stay calm under pressure
- Be proactive and use initiative to solve problems
- Communicate well with all stakeholders
Experience
- At least 3 years Planning / Scheduling experience
- Experience using Oneserve preferred
- Experience of working in the social housing sector

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
