The Role:
To support the provision of administrative support services for one of two Faculty Service Centres. To support the delivery of a high-quality administrative service that emphasises continuous improvement with the stakeholder experience at its core. Supporting the provision of a timely and efficient service and ensuring adherence to common processes and practices in alignment with internal and external regulations and requirements.
Whilst there is a need to be in Portsmouth a few days a week, hybrid working is available for this role. New starters would be expected to be on campus full time for at least the first 6 weeks, with Line Manager discretion as to when this can be relaxed.

New appointments will routinely be made to the entry spine point (minimum) for the advertised grade, from where the individual will (in addition to receiving annual cost-of-living-related increases) progress through the pay range to the maximum for the grade, within a reasonable timeframe.
