Your role
As part of our Front of House and Events Team, no two days will be the same. You’ll play an important role in ensuring our restaurant guests, wedding couples and event guests receive a warm, professional and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food and beverages to a high standard
- Preparing, setting and clearing tables
- Processing cash and card payments
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming environment
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure smooth service
- Responding positively to guest requests and going the extra mile whenever possible
Weddings & Events
Weddings are a huge part of what we do, and you’ll have the opportunity to be part of some truly special occasions.
Your event responsibilities may include:
- Setting up wedding and event spaces, including tables, chairs and décor
- Welcoming guests and helping them find their way around the venue
- Serving food and drinks during wedding breakfasts and receptions
- Assisting with bar service
- Working alongside event managers and coordinators to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Anticipating guests’ needs and providing attentive service throughout the event
- Clearing tables and keeping event spaces looking immaculate
- Helping with the preparation and clear-down of events

You’ll need to be comfortable working at pace, following instructions and adapting to different situations. From a busy restaurant service to a large wedding, you’ll be expected to remain professional, positive and focused on delivering an outstanding experience.
You may also be asked to support other areas of the business, including housekeeping, when required.
