Experienced New Build Painters & Decorators Required – Trafford, Manchester
Kinsella Painting Contractors Ltd specialise in new build homes and are looking for experienced self-employed painters and decorators to decorate 1 and 2-bedroom apartments in Trafford, Manchester, starting 24th June.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ new build site experience
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Excellent preparation skills – all holes filled, surfaces sanded smooth, and attention to detail throughout
- Pride in workmanship and ability to consistently produce quality finishes
- Must be able to work independently and meet site deadlines
Important
All painters will be trialled on their first plot to ensure they can meet our high standards, which we expect from all operatives working for us.
Job Details
- Apartments will have a mist coat applied prior to start
- Full paint finish in white throughout
- Doors are pre-finished
- Price work
- Prices include your own snagging
- Payment made the following Friday after completion of each plot
- Monday to Friday, with Saturdays available if required
- Site opening hours: 7:00am – 4:30pm
