Based in Worthing, this established 2x bedded residential home offers a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people aged 7-17 with EBD-related needs. The organisation has a strong track record of caring for young people with complex behavioural needs across its two homes in West Sussex.
You’ll be supported by a highly trusted Responsible Individual and a truly committed staff team. As Registered Manager, you’ll take the lead in overseeing the service and shaping a positive staff culture that puts the needs, development, and wellbeing of the young people at the centre of everything you do.
⭐ What you'll need:
- Minimum of 2 years working in management in a residential children's home (within the last 5 years)
- Completed or is willing to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
- Full UK Driving License
