We’re hiring a Breakfast Chef to join the existing breakfast team at Dean Park Hotel. This role is ideal for:
- Chefs who want daytime hours and a consistent routine
- Parents or those needing better work-life balance
- Experienced chefs stepping away from late nights and high-pressure service
You’ll cover both breakfast service and our award-winning afternoon teas as well as some morning events, giving you variety without the chaos of late finishes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering a consistent, high-quality breakfast service
- Preparing and presenting afternoon teas to a high standard
- Keeping your section organised, stocked, and service-ready
- Working closely with pastry and the wider team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous kitchen experience (2 years preferred)
- Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Pride in consistency and presentation
