Duties
Experienced in concrete repair and restoration, including crack repair, patching, resurfacing, slab repair, formwork, finishing, and the use of industry-standard repair materials. Reliable, safety-conscious, and committed to high-quality workmanship.
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and welders in their tasks
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently under supervision
- Help with the installation of roofing, plastering, masonry work, and construction painting as needed
- Follow schematics, blueprints, and safety guidelines to ensure accurate work execution
- Perform general site maintenance including debris removal, site cleanup, and material handling
- Support fabrication and assembly tasks in the shop or on-site to meet project specifications
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience or a strong willingness to learn on the job
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment
- Knowledge of roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, masonry, or carpentry is a plus
- Ability to read schematics or technical drawings is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor for extended periods
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
