All staff work hard to ensure we provide the best for our children and their families and the children are always at the heart of everything we do.
As an office administrative assistant, reporting to the Office Manager and Head Teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating and extracting information from systems and databases and providing general administrative/clerical/financial support for the school. This could include producing financial and management information and/or the provision of general advice and guidance to pupils, parents and staff or call for the use of higher level text processing/spreadsheet/IT skills or audio typing that involves the use of a range of software packages.
Weekly working hours are: Monday to Friday (35 hours/8.30am - 4.00pm) and the position is term-time only.

Essential Qualifications
GCSE (or equivalent) grades 4 (C+) and above, in both English Language and Mathematics
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) Business Administration
Essential Experience
- Experience of Microsoft Office systems
- Experience of working in a busy administrative setting
Desirable Experience
- Experience of customer interaction - in person and telephone
- Experience in use of database/MIS systems (e.g Horizons)
