Signature Electrics Ltd. is a growing NICEIC-approved contractor specialising in Electrical Testing, EICR Inspections, and Certification across the private rental sector. We work closely with landlords, letting agents, and property managers to ensure full compliance and safety across residential properties.
The Role:
We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our growing team in the Havering area. The role involves carrying out EICR inspections, remedial works, fault finding, and ensuring compliance for domestic rental properties. The ideal candidate needs to be passionate about working in the electrical trade. A confident person who can carry out fault finding, and capable of working independently, as well as part of a team, who can complete a job to a high standard as expected, and who takes pride in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Carrying out fault diagnosis and remedial work
- Completing all certification and paperwork to NICEIC standards
- Delivering excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and letting agents
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ electrical experience after qualifying (domestic or commercial)
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671)
- Valid Gold Card
- Inspection and testing 2391
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Own Electrical Tools and Testing Equipment
