Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organisation
- Support the team with phone etiquette when handling enquiries and scheduling appointments
- Utilise Microsoft Office programmes, including Word and Excel, for preparing reports and spreadsheets
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using tools like Excel
- Support the organisation of meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes where necessary
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
- Assist with basic bookkeeping activities and invoice processing under supervision
- Contribute to maintaining a professional office environment by ensuring supplies are stocked and workspace is tidy
Qualifications
- Previous office or administrative experience is advantageous but not essential; a keen willingness to learn is vital
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Demonstrated good phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable but not mandatory
