Rise Park Pharmacy in Nottingham is looking for a driven, passionate Pharmacist Manager to lead our team and take ownership of the branch.
We are seeking an experienced pharmacist ready to take the next step into management – someone passionate about delivering the best quality of care to our patients, while driving the performance and development of the pharmacy and the team within it.
What we need from you to be successful in this role:
- Be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be widely respected by stakeholders, peers, patients, customers and external local professionals
- Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our customers
- Have proven experience leading, motivating and developing a pharmacy team
- Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provision of national and local services
- Role model communication skills; you will hold excellent face-to-face interactions to effectively meet the varied needs of customers, patients and your team
- Be confident managing rotas, stock control, compliance and day-to-day branch performance
