We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join the kitchen team at The Greenbank Hotel as a Kitchen Porter.
Responsibilities-
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Wash and store kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery and utensils efficiently.

Assist with deliveries and the safe storage of food and supplies.

Support chefs with basic food preparation when required.

Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed.

Keep kitchen floors, work surfaces and storage areas clean and organised.

Adhere to all food safety, hygiene and health & safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to support smooth service operations.
Requirements-
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
