About the Role:
As a BIM Coordinator, you will support the Senior Designer and project Design Leads, ensuring the quality and coordination of BIM information across various projects. This role involves hands-on Revit technician duties and close collaboration with designers, engineers, and consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM delivery across assigned projects in line with project requirements and standards.
- Manage project model setup, coordinates, links, work sets, and information exchanges.
- Undertake model reviews, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans and project workflows.
- Provide day-to-day BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians.
- Produce coordinated plans, sections, details, schedules, and technical design information.
Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Strong practical experience with Autodesk Revit.
- Proven experience in a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician, or similar role.
- Good understanding of drawings, pipework, drainage, levels, and utility interfaces.
- Experience working within BIM-led project environments.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management principles.
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360 or other Common Data Environments.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- A degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Previous experience in sports-surface or Field of Play design.
