Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage daily showroom operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining a clean, organized space
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to showcase bathroom fixtures, accessories, and related products
- Provide expert guidance to customers on product features, installation options, and design ideas
- Supervise inventory management, stock replenishment, and order processing to ensure product availability
- Conduct product knowledge, sales techniques, phone etiquette, and organizational skills
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills;
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and customer service excellence
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
- Administrative experience including record keeping, scheduling, and inventory control
- Ability to handle phone inquiries professionally while demonstrating good phone etiquette
- Knowledge of bathroom fixtures, fittings, or home improvement products is a plus but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting
