We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic horticulturally trained gardener to join our soft landscape team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of practical gardening experience who is passionate about plants, garden maintenance, and high-quality horticultural work.
Key Responsibilities
· General garden maintenance
· Planting, pruning, and seasonal care
· Lawn care and border maintenance
· Weed and pest management
· Maintaining high presentation standards across gardens
· Supporting planting schemes and horticultural projects
Requirements
· Formal horticultural training or qualification
· Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on gardening experience
· Good plant knowledge and attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Full UK driving licence preferred
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
