The Role
We are now recruiting for a Quality Control Person to take us to the next level in the servicing of our customers
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in keeping warehouse operations running smoothly.
Manual handling is a big part of the role, so confidence with physical work is essential. You'll be trained to use warehouse equipment safely, and expected to follow all health and safety procedures to keep the workspace clean, organised, and hazard-free.
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 18:00 - 03:00 (42.5 hours per week).
Overtime paid at time and a quarter
Key Responsibilities:
- Checking items picked by staff are correct items picked before being loaded onto vehicles
- Checking picked stock is not damaged
- Working closely with Warehouse Manager, reporting any errors found
- Attention to detail
- Printing off pick lists/check sheets
- Safe use of warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
