About Us
Easternrose Limited is a Corby-based property investment company with a growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties, including our expanding Smartbox Self Storage business. We're hiring a reliable, full-time Property Maintenance Team Member to join our small team and support the upkeep of our buildings and facilities.
The Role
This hands-on role covers a wide range of maintenance tasks across homes, commercial properties, and our self-storage sites. Every day is different — from fixing leaks or painting flats to building units at the storage facilities. You'll work both independently and as part of a small, supportive team, taking full ownership of jobs from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repairs across residential, commercial, and self-storage properties
- Support the day-to-day maintenance and ongoing development of Smartbox Self Storage
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with company procedures
- Aim for a "First Time Fix" wherever possible
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and site protocols
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years' property maintenance experience
- Confident across a range of trades (carpentry, decorating, plumbing, general repairs)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, calm under pressure, well organised
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
