HRGO Recruitment are seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Embroidery Machinist to join our client's embroidery department at their clothes and equipment manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality embroidery work.
Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor embroidery machines to produce quality embroidery on various textiles.

Interpret embroidery designs and set up machines accordingly.

Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.

Ensure accurate thread colours and design placements according to specifications.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

Maintain an organised and safe working environment.

Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must have experience operating industrial embroidery machines

Ability to read and interpret design specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
