Mobile Cleaning Operative
Location: Cambridge & Huntingdon (various client sites)
Hours: Monday to Friday (with occasional overtime available)

About the Role
CamClean is a fast-growing commercial cleaning company, and we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our friendly team.
This role involves travelling between commercial sites across Cambridge and Huntingdon, carrying out high-quality cleaning services and supporting our clients whenever additional cover or specialist cleaning is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out commercial cleaning to a consistently high standard.
- Cover planned and emergency staff absences across multiple sites.
- Complete periodic deep cleans and specialist cleaning tasks.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and company vehicle in a clean and tidy condition.
- Build positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Represent CamClean professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Reliable, trustworthy and able to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to travel between client sites.
- Right to work in the UK.
