As a receptionist you are often the first and last point of contact for our guests, therefor you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and memorable experience from the moment a guest arrives.
We are seeking a candidate who takes pride in their role, anticipates and exceeds guests needs and approached every shift with professionalism and attentiveness.
What you’ll be doing
- Welcome our guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
- Manage and book reservations, amend where required
- Answer telephone calls, emails and online enquires promptly
- Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure an all-round smooth experience
- Ensure the front desk area remains organised and presentable

Experience Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner
- Ability to remain composed and efficient under pressure
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible availability as weekend work is required
Desirable Experience
- Previous receptionist experience or strong transferrable skills
- Experience using hotel management systems or something of similarity
- Knowledge of local attractions and tourism
- Additional language skills
