Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of ventilation systems to identify dirt, mold, and other contaminants.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to clean and service ventilation ducts, fans, filters, and related components.
- Follow established safety protocols and procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Document all work performed accurately in service reports and maintenance logs.
- Assist with the installation or replacement of ventilation components as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve hygiene processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques.
- Previous experience in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) or construction is highly desirable.
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Strong physical stamina to perform manual tasks including crawling into tight spaces or working at heights.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and report findings effectively.
