Trade Counter Manager
Location: Southampton
Salary: £30,000–£40,000 depending on experience

We are looking for a Trade Counter Manager who is friendly, switched on and knows how to make customers feel looked after from the moment they walk through the door.
Someone who remembers names, gets orders sorted quickly and creates the kind of atmosphere customers enjoy coming back to.
We work hard, have a laugh and take real pride in doing things properly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Serving customers on the trade counter and over the phone
- Processing quotes and orders quickly and accurately
- Chasing outstanding orders and keeping customers updated
- Building strong relationships with regular and new customers
- Keeping the trade counter welcoming, organised and running smoothly
- Spotting opportunities to help customers and increase sales
- Supporting the wider team when needed

Requirements
- At least one year of electrical wholesale or similar trade-counter experience
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Experience processing quotes and orders
- A basic understanding of electrical products
