Location: Based from our Wellingborough (NN8) office, covering projects across seven surrounding postcode areas, all within 1 Hour and Thirty minutes drive.
Ace Property Solutions is a growing insurance reinstatement contractor specialising in high-quality domestic property repairs following fire, flood and escape of water claims.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our team on a self-employed basis.
Although this is a self-employed position, we can offer full-time, continuous work throughout the year for the right individual.
About the Role
You'll be carrying out a variety of insurance repair and reinstatement works within occupied domestic properties.
No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.
Typical works include:
- General carpentry
- Plastering and patch repairs
- Painting and decorating
- General property maintenance
- Kitchen and bathroom repairs
- Minor plumbing repairs
- Flooring and finishing works
- General insurance reinstatement repairs
Whilst we're looking for a good all-rounder, you won't be expected to do everything. We have specialist subcontractors who support our projects where specialist trades are required.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has previous experience within the construction or property maintenance industry.
- Is confident across a range of general building trades.
- Takes pride in producing high-quality workmanship.
- Has excellent attention to detail.
- Is reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
- Has good communication and customer service skills.
- Is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Can represent the company professionally within customers' homes.
Essential Requirements
- Own van or suitable work vehicle.
- Own tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Self-employed / CIS registered (preferred).
