DDM Health is looking for a Front-End Developer to join our technology team. Our engineering team currently has strong full-stack and API capability, but we've identified a clear gap on the front-end side: our clinician-facing dashboard, internal CMS, and other internal systems don't have a dedicated owner, and our web portal has fallen behind our mobile apps in terms of features. This role exists to close that gap.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with an ambitious healthtech scale-up - there's room to take on more responsibility over time (similar to how other team members have progressed from focused front-end/edge work into leading larger projects) as you become embedded in our systems and ways of working.
The role
- Owning and improving the front-end of our clinician dashboard, CMS, and other internal systems
- Driving forward development of our web portal, bringing it up to feature parity with our mobile apps
- Working alongside our full-stack developer(s) on larger projects (e.g. our upcoming referral management system rebuild), taking the front-end lead while backend/API work is handled elsewhere
- Picking up smaller, self-contained projects that let the core team focus on larger builds
- Collaborating closely with design, product, and operations stakeholders to translate requirements into working front-end features
- Potentially supporting our marketing/content sites built in Webflow
About You
- Strong experience in an Agile/Scrum workspace with modern JavaScript and front-end frameworks
- Vue experience and C sharp preferred, but strong React experience is also welcome
- Git/version control workflow, PR review etiquette, CI/CD pipeline awareness - Gitlab exp would be a bonus
- Working with Rest API's
- Jira/Devops experience desirable
- Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, Copilot, MCP-based workflows) as part of your day-to-day workflow
- Able to work independently on front-end features from spec through to delivery
- Good communicator — comfortable working with a small, cross-functional team where priorities can shift quickly
- If you have experience with Webflow that would be beneficial . This is not a coding-based tool, and if you have this skill it's a big plus
