Key Responsibilities
- First point of contact for face-to-face customer enquiries.
- Support library duties including issuing, returning and shelving stock.
- Validate documents (DBS, Blue Badges, certificates, ID).
- Manage challenging interactions and resolve complaints.
- Handle payments and accurately reconcile daily takings.
- Maintain accurate records on CRM and the LMS.
- Represent the Council in a professional, supportive manner.
Requirements
- GCSEs including English/Welsh and Maths or relevant experience.
- Welsh & English skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Positive, flexible attitude and commitment to learning.
