Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Office Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and prior office experience is preferred, but not essential. Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct them appropriately
- Organise and maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Accounts Software
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as required
- Support invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping using RedSky
- Handle general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
- Support team members with administrative needs to ensure efficient workflow
Skills
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
- Experience with RedSky or similar accounting software is desirable
- Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Clerical experience with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
This position is suitable for candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support a thriving office environment. Prior administrative experience combined with strong computer literacy is desirable, but not essential
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
