You could be:
- Supporting pupils who need a little extra encouragement, patience and understanding
- Working alongside teachers to create a positive and welcoming classroom environment
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Helping children develop independence, communication skills and confidence
- Supporting pupils with SEND, ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH and additional learning needs
We’d love to hear from you if you…
- Have experience working with children, young people, or within a caring role
- Are patient, approachable and enjoy building positive relationships
- Have worked in education, childcare, support work or a similar environment
