That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an organised Solar Administrator to join our growing Renewables team and help keep our solar and battery installations running smoothly from start to finish.

Role Overview
As our Solar Administrator, you’ll be the person who keeps everything moving behind the scenes.
You’ll work closely with our sales, installation and customer service teams, making sure jobs stay on track, paperwork is completed, customers are kept informed and installers have everything they need.
You’ll play a huge part in helping us deliver an outstanding customer experience while supporting one of the fastest-growing parts of the business.
This is a full-time office-based role based at our Bolton headquarters.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing DNO applications and tracking their progress.
- Arranging structural calculations where required.
- Managing installer diaries and booking surveys.
- Supporting customers throughout their installation journey.
- Keeping customers updated on progress.
- Chasing outstanding information and documents.
- Updating internal systems and job records.
- Working closely with Customer Service, Sales and the Installation team.
- Helping improve processes as the department continues to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple jobs at the same time.
- Confident communicating with customers, installers and suppliers.
- Comfortable using computer systems and CRMs.
- Previous administration or coordination experience preferred.
- Renewable or construction experience is helpful but not essential.

Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
