Duties
- Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Organise merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and appeal
- Lead and support sales initiatives, including promotional activities and product launches
- Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management to facilitate operational efficiency
- Oversee stock levels, organise stockroom organisation, and coordinate replenishment activities
- Provide training and guidance to new staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining accurate records
- Utilise organisational skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when engaging with customers and suppliers
Requirements
- Proven management or supervisory experience within retail or sales environments
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, or retail management is preferred
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Administrative experience including record keeping and reporting responsibilities
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism through effective phone etiquette and organisational skills
- Management experience with a focus on team management and supervising staff members

Pay: £24,420.00-£78,585.35 per year
