Finance Officer – 12-month fixed-term contract
Ready to turn accurate numbers into a better experience for customers? We’re looking for a Finance Officer to help deliver a smooth, reliable service charge process for our rental, shared ownership and leasehold customers.
This is more than a business-as-usual finance role. Over 12 months, you’ll take ownership of rent and service charge data, keep day-to-day delivery on track and help shape smarter, simpler ways of working as we bring our processes into new systems. Along the way, you’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and give customers clear, helpful support in writing, by phone and face to face.
Could this be you?
You understand service charges and housing finance, enjoy working with data and notice the details others might miss. Organised and confident, you can balance a varied workload while communicating clearly and positively. Most importantly, you’re curious, open to change and ready to speak up when you see a better way to do things.
You’ll join a supportive, forward-thinking team where your ideas are welcome and your work will make a real difference to customers. If that sounds like your kind of role, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now. We’ll review applications and interview as we go, so the advert may close early if there’s strong interest.
