What you’ll do:
As a General Service Assistant, you’ll be front and centre in delivering a welcoming experience to our customers. Your day-to-day will include:

General daily kitchen/FOH cleaning to health and safety and hygiene standards.

Serve food and beverages to customers.

Operating tills and handling cash.

Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery

Clean and tidy counter, light equipment/machines, preparation, and public areas

Perform basic cold food preparation and made to order services.

Restock goods and ensure appropriate displays of stock and merchandise.

Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the work.

Complete daily paperwork.

Follow food hygiene and safety procedures.

Always be well presented in full uniform.
What we’re looking for:

A friendly, customer-focused attitude

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a bonus – but not essential, full training provided

Must be 18+
-
Eligibility to work in the UK and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years (security clearance required)

Basic numeracy skills.

Own or reliable transport required due to remote location and limited public transport

Ability to work a variety of shifts.
