We have an exciting opportunity for a retail sales assistant to join our growing business.
The Role
The chosen candidates will be joining our happy sales team in our showroom based in Failsworth, Manchester. The job will entail maintaining standards throughout the store and guiding customers to their desired products. The job is commission based with Hourly rate, but the way we sell is relaxed and not pushy. The aim is to make sure the customers experience whether purchasing or not is as pleasant and enjoyable as possible and they leave the store with a smile on their face. We go above and beyond for every customer as you can see from our trustpilot ratings.
This role will require you to have a can-do attitude and to be able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service - Ensure we always understand our customers’ needs
- Product Knowledge - Providing detailed information about our products to customers
- Replenishing Stock - Maintaining high standards throughout your department
- Merchandising - Following guidelines to make sure products are displayed correctly

Experience not essential but beneficial, a smile and good sense of humour goes along way, we can teach you the rest.
