Overview
Bliss Beauty Salon based in Sawston, Cambridgeshire is a small independent, award winning salon having previously won Best Beauty Salon in Cambridgeshire and is currently Best in Class with Fresha.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality beauty treatments.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored beauty treatments
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment area and reception. You will have your own personal designated treatment room for your sole use so no having to share.
- Deliver exceptional treatments that reflect our high standards within the salon.
Experience
- Previous experience in a beauty or wellness environment is essential
- NVQ 3
- Confident in providing treatments
- Excellent skills in customer services and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Bliss is a special salon with many loyal and repeating customers. We have been around for almost 20 years and are known for our friendly but professional approach.
Our working environment is relaxed, offering a flexible working environment.
You will have your own treatment room with no need to share with other therapists so you can make this your own space to work in.
We know that a work/life balance is very important so you will only be required to work every other weekend enabling you to have at least 2 weekends off per month. We also close over Christmas and New Year.
Full training will be given on our skincare range by the award winning Pevonia.
