Due to continued growth, Wing Park Motors is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our busy, well-established workshop in Wing, Leighton Buzzard.

The Role
This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same. You will work on a wide range of vehicles, carrying out everything from routine servicing and maintenance to more complex mechanical repairs and diagnostics.
As part of a busy workshop, you’ll be responsible for accurately identifying faults, completing work to a high standard, and ensuring vehicles are safe and roadworthy. You’ll have the opportunity to work with modern diagnostic equipment and the latest vehicle technology, including hybrid and electric models.
The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient workflow and, where required, communicating clearly with customers to explain issues and recommended repairs. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics
- Undertake repairs including brakes, tyres, clutches, and cambelts
- Work on a variety of vehicles, including hybrid and electric models
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
About You
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- Minimum 5 year’s experience in a similar role
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
Salary & Benefits
- £30,000 – £45,000 per year (depending on experience)
