Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 Basic + Overtime Available (£50,000 - £55,000 OTE)
About the Role
We are looking for qualified and experienced Electricians to join a growing electrical services team operating across North London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects including social housing, commercial properties, schools, maintenance contracts, EV charging installations, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and electrical testing.
The successful candidate will primarily support social housing contracts, carrying out testing, fault finding, remedial works, and electrical upgrades to ensure properties remain safe and compliant.
This is a field-based position, and while every effort is made to allocate work close to your home location, candidates must be willing to travel throughout the London region.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and fault finding.
- Complete remedial works and upgrades following testing.
- Undertake domestic and commercial electrical installations and maintenance.
- Complete certification and documentation electronically using a tablet.
- Carry out consumer unit replacements, rewires, accessory changes, and reactive repairs.
- Work on communal area electrical systems and lighting installations.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with current regulations.
What We're Looking ForEssential:
- Fully qualified Electrician.
- Minimum 2 years' electrical experience.
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
- Experience carrying out electrical testing and inspections.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable:
- Inspection and Testing qualification (2391 or equivalent).
- Experience within social housing environments.
- Commercial electrical experience.
- Street lighting experience.
- Experience working on schools or public sector projects.
