We are looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist / Administrator to join our busy Medical and Dental Clinic. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and diary scheduling
- Answering telephone calls, emails, and patient enquiries
- Registering new patients and maintaining accurate patient records
- Processing payments and issuing receipts
- Liaising with doctors, dentists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Assisting with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document management
- Ensuring the reception area remains clean, organised, and welcoming
- Following clinic policies regarding confidentiality and data protection
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operational duties
Skills
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinical environment
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience within a medical, dental, or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to communicate in Turkish would be advantageous but is not essential
