Your role would include:
* Under the supervision of registered nurses to deliver a high standard of inpatient care in partnership with the wider clinical team, the service users and their family members/carers.
* To support the named nurse/primary nurse in the assessment of needs for a group of patients and deliver their care under supervision.
* To work within a team of nurses and other professionals who are committed to the delivery of a quality service.
* To be an active participant in the multi-disciplinary team, assisting in the formulating of care plans and utilising skills to inform patient assessments and evaluations.
* To contribute to the information recorded on the patient information system by reporting to nursing staff on patient’s presentations throughout the shift.
Applicants are to be flexible as our shifts span a 24 hour period 7 days a week.
Applicants must have a satisfactory DBS and 2 satisfactory references and would require either experience or an interest in older adults mental health.
Job Type: Full-time, 42 hours per week.
