Front of House CCTV Security Officer
Location: Leeds, LS10
Pay Rate: £14.45 per hour
Hours: Average 48 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off
Start Date: Immediate Start Available (subject to vetting process)
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for experienced and professional Front of House CCTV Security Officers to join a busy utilities site in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional environment, providing security, reception, and customer service support.
We have the following vacancies available:
- 2 x Day Security Officers (07:00 – 19:00)
- 2 x Night Security Officers (19:00 – 07:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining the safety and security of the site, staff, visitors, and contractors.
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding appropriately to incidents.
- Controlling access and egress to the premises.
- Conducting regular site patrols and security checks.
- Providing reception and front-of-house support.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate records.
- Using Microsoft Office applications for administrative tasks.
- Responding to alarms, emergencies, and incidents in accordance with site procedures.
- Working independently when required.
Essential Requirements:
Due to the nature of the role and enhanced pay rate, applicants must have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
- A valid SIA CCTV Licence.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience.
- The ability to work independently and use initiative.
- A professional and reliable approach to work.
