Salary: £17.10 per hour, plus a £1.50 night premium
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday-Thursday between the hours of 17:00-03:00

As a Night Shift Supervisor you will oversee all replenishment activities, warehouse organisation, and order processing, ensuring the shift runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will take full responsibility for managing the warehouse overnight, including the safety and wellbeing of your team, ensuring high operational standards are met by morning.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and Manage Yard Operations: Coordinate and supervise all yard activities, deliver team briefs, monitor productivity, and address performance issues promptly.

Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures to promote a safe working environment ensuring PPE is worn at all times.

Manage Stock: Break down inbound stock, conduct stock counts, and receipt goods accurately using RDT systems.

Maintain Yard Environment: Keep the yard clean, organised, and safe by ensuring correct storage and handling of materials.

Operational Leadership: Take full responsibility for the site during night shifts, ensuring smooth running of operations.

Oversee Equipment Operations: Manage the operation of forklift trucks and other yard machinery.

Ensure Order Fulfilment: Supervise product picking, packing, and loading to ensure accurate and timely orders.

Manage Documentation: Maintain all necessary paperwork, including manifests, delivery notes, and stock records.

Conduct Quality Inspections: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards.

Train and Develop Colleagues: Provide training and development to ensure all colleagues have the necessary skills and knowledge.

Resolve Issues and Problems: Address any issues or problems that arise in the yard. Find solutions to maintain efficient operations.

Key holder: Holding keys for the premises, you are responsible for securing the site and managing access.
- MUST hold a valid FLT license.
