Responsibilities
- Greet families and guests warmly, providing excellent guest services to ensure a positive experience from arrival to departure
- Take drinks and food orders and serve customers
- Manage daily operations of the soft play area, including opening, closing, and maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Assist in coordinating birthday parties or special events, ensuring all activities run smoothly and guests are satisfied
- Enforce safety rules and respond promptly to any incidents or concerns within the play zone
- Support management with tasks such as scheduling, stock replenishment, and equipment maintenance
- Promote a fun, inclusive environment by engaging with children and encouraging positive interactions among guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in roles within soft play centre or hospitality settings is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members
- Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for families
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to children's play areas is advantageous
