Summary
We are seeking a Service Technician/ MOT Tester to join our team at Endeavour Volvo West London, this role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional service and maintaining our high standards of vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct MOT testing to ensure vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to carry out diagnostics and repairs.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks safely to support vehicle servicing.
- Document service procedures and communicate findings clearly to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workshop environment.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and safety regulations.
Qualifications: For this role you must have the following: -
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
- Be qualified to NVQ level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- MOT experience preferable
- The ability to interpret and communicate technical information adequately
