As Nursery Manager, you'll lead every aspect of the nursery, ensuring outstanding care, education and operational excellence whilst creating a positive, supportive culture where both children and colleagues can thrive.
You'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences every day, encourage curiosity and creativity, celebrate individual strengths and build genuine partnerships with families.
Earl Shilton is entering its next chapter, with continued investment in the nursery environment, learning spaces and children's experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading positive change, developing teams and leaving a lasting legacy.
Working closely with our wider leadership team, you'll have the autonomy to lead your nursery whilst benefiting from the support of an ambitious, growing organisation committed to investing in its people.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, inspiring and developing a high-performing nursery team.
- Creating a warm, welcoming environment where every child feels safe, valued and excited to learn.
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families and the local community.
- Driving outstanding standards of education, care and safeguarding.
- Coaching and developing colleagues to achieve their full potential.
- Supporting the continued development of the nursery's environment, culture and quality.
- Managing occupancy, budgets and operational performance.
- Preparing the nursery for continued success and excellent regulatory outcomes.
- Championing continuous improvement and embracing new ideas that enhance children's experiences.
We're looking for someone who...
- Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 or above desirable).
- Has substantial leadership experience within an Early Years setting.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and education.
- Leads with empathy, integrity and authenticity.
- Enjoys developing people and celebrating success.
- Is organised, commercially aware and confident making decisions.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and embraces change.
- Is excited by the opportunity to help shape and develop a nursery as it continues to grow.
