We are looking for experienced Senior Stylists to join our team in Cardiff city centre. As an Aveda salon, we are passionate about premium haircare, technical excellence, continued education and creating an inspiring place to work. We are looking to grow our team with experienced stylists who share our passion for excellent hairdressing and outstanding client care.
The Role
We are seeking talented and experienced stylists who are confident working on a busy salon floor and delivering a high standard of cutting, styling and client care.
Applicants must have:
- A minimum of three years' experience working as a stylist within a salon environment.
- Strong cutting and finishing skills.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A professional, reliable and team-focused attitude.
- A passion for hairdressing and continued development.
- Colour experience is beneficial but not essential.

Hours
This is a full-time employed position, typically worked over four days per week.
- Approximately 36 hours per week.
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Thursday evening availability required.
