Overview
Ely City Golf Club is a well-loved, private members golf club, next to the famous City of Ely.
We're now looking for a Sous Chef to help support our Head Chef with running our kitchen. The hours are flexible, including some weekends and evening.
Duties
- Support daily food preparation and service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Contribute ideas for menus and daily specials
- Ensure consistency and quality in every dish
- Help manage stock and kitchen organisation.
