Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced team leader to manage one of our promotional marketing project delivery teams. Your role will be to drive excellence, shape best practice and ensure every client project lands on time, on budget and on brand.
Responsibilities
- Direct, mentor and develop a team of junior and experienced Project Managers.
- Oversee critical timelines, budgets, resources and effective delivery quality across multiple project streams.
- Ensure every output meets client brand standards, expectations and project objectives.
- Identify risks, mitigate obstacles and ensure that projects are delivered with pace and precision.
- Represent the business in high‑level client meetings and strategic delivery sessions.
- Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation and operational efficiency across the team.
- Act as the escalation point for key delivery issues—internal or client‑side.

Pay: £36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
