Tincknell Heating, a long-established and trusted name in the South West’s fuel and heating sector, is expanding our team! We’re on the lookout for a fully qualified Oil Boiler, AGA & Rayburn Engineer who thrives on problem-solving, takes pride in great service, and enjoys working independently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose, service, and repair oil boilers and cookers (AGA/Rayburn) for domestic customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships
- Maintain high standards of work and safety
- Work independently and manage your own schedule
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with oil heating systems (breakdowns & servicing)
- Confident working with AGA/Rayburn appliances
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- OFTEC qualified (desirable, not essential - training can be provided)
- Accurately complete service records and maintain compliance documentation
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in every interaction
- Confident working independently and taking initiative
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Some weekend availability required - rota based, around 15 Saturdays per year
- Would be open to part time hours for the right qualified candidate
Location: Field-based role across North Somerset, Bristol, and South Gloucestershire
